Store Policies

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
We will do our very best to get your order out the door within 2–3 business days of receiving it. All orders will ship standard ground via USPS Priority Mail or ground. Your order should be received within 5–7 business days once it is shipped. Please note that special requests and/or custom orders will require additional processing time.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you would like tracking , and or signature delivery please email us with this request and we will advise you if there will be any additional charges through UPS.

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount.

If you must have something sooner, expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.

Please contact us if you need to ship to multiple locations.

International shipments
We will gladly ship to CANADA. Additional shipping charges will apply to all international orders. We will contact you for your approval of the shipping price if that price is different than the price shown in your shopping cart. We will not ship your order until we receive your approval. Also, please note you will be required to pay for any duty fees.

Oversized items
Our strollers for example are considered oversized items by our shipping carrier and need special shipping requirements. An additional surcharge will apply to all oversized items.

Incorrect shipping address
We do not assume responsibility for any orders shipped with an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party any fees occurred by the UPS. Please make sure correct shipping information is entered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great pride in the products that we offer and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from receipt of your order for a complete refund, credit or exchange less the shipping charges. Credit will be issued back on the original form of payment.  All items must be returned with the original tags and packaging intact, unwashed, unused and in the original condition.  If we discover that the merchandise has been used or tampered in any manner, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your shipping expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, personalized items or any sale items.

As we cannot accept any responsibility for your return shipments being lost or damaged in transit, we suggest that your insure your shipment. Goods can be returned to ana k at your own shipping cost.

Some returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping and handling charges.  You will be notified of that fee once you call for a return authorization.

All returns must include a copy of your packing slip and/or invoice. If you do not have either you must call us at 630.212.6906 for a return authorization.  If you return an item without a return authorization, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your shipping expense.

RECYCLED PACKAGING
Whenever possible we will reuse boxes and packing material. If we cannot use it, we recycle it. Please do the same when allowed.

BACKORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK
Out of stock items will be displayed on our web site. We will contact you to advise of the estimated availability date or to see if you would like another item instead, otherwise we will ship your order and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost to you.
